Custom Stuffed Animals - Quality Guarantee

Every owner of a Joy Paw's custom stuffed animal product can take advantage of our Craftsmanship Limited Warranty. 

If your stuffed animal arrives with a defect listed below or if a defect appears within the first 30 days of ownership, we will either repair or replace the plush at no cost to you. The following issues are covered under the limited warranty:

1. Our failure to adhere to your chosen customizations in our Creation Wizard (such as fur colors, tail style, body posture, etc.).

2. Markings specified in the description that we were not included.

3. Tears, rips, holes, and other sewing mistakes or oversights of a similar nature caused by us.

4. Damage incurred during transit.

What If I am not covered by the warranty and I just don't like my custom stuffed animals? 

Discrepancies can occur with custom products of all types. We take pride in crafting handmade stuffed animals that closely resemble your pet as a plush lookalike can. However, like all custom creators, we are bound by the materials we use and the unique touch of each artist crafting the plushies. We will appreciate your understanding.

If you don't have enough confidence in your final product, we would recommend you to choose the "Product Preview" option to check your product via photos/video before you physically received your product.  

Some examples that NOT covered by the warranty

1.  For customers choose "Product Preview" option, you may be ineligible for some warranty coverages since you reviewed and agreed the design of your products before you get them. 

2. Product failures due to misuse, abuse, alteration, and/or tear of the product. 

3. All materials degrade over time with use like exposure to the sunlight and wash inappropriately. 

Additional conditions: 

1. Joy Paw reserves the sole discretion to determine the manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. 

2. Coverage is limited to the maximum value of replacing the product with the same or a similar product of equal value to the original purchase price. This warranty does not cover the repair, refund, or replacement of any other property. Joy Paw shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages.
