- Add weighted pellets (A stainless steel pellet-filled insert, hand-sewn into the body of the plush. 2lbs for 16")
- Add memory pouches (A zippered sewn-in pocket for memories of your pet. You can store your past pet's ashes) or
- Add voice recorder (A sewn-in pouch to insert a voice recorder, record up to 10 seconds).

How It Works:
1. Once you place order with us, we will send you an email with form to fill out your pet's information as below
- Choose your type of pet (dog, cat, bird etc.)
- Enter your pet's name and breed (if applicable)
- Choose your customizations ( size, posture, fur type, eye color, and more)
- Add any additional descriptions
- Attach your pet's photos (as detailed as you can)
2. After confirming with your pet's information, we will start processing your order and you will anticipate to get your gift in about 6 weeks
3. Product Preview (optional) - You will have the rights to see the final photos of the product before it's shipped, so you can have the opportunities to provide any feedbacks. If you think the product is not what you like, we can offer you a full refund of the product per se.
