Descriptions:

100% Custom - Each plush pet is meticulously crafted by hand, using photos that you provide as a reference
Size Available - 16"is the standard size we recommend (weighted around 1~1.5lbs). Bigger and smaller sizes are available and will be quoted per your inquiry by email us at customerservice@joypaw.ca
Options to Upgrade (can only choose one from below three options)
- Add weighted pellets (A stainless steel pellet-filled insert, hand-sewn into the body of the plush. 2lbs for 16")
- Add memory pouches (A zippered sewn-in pocket for memories of your pet. You can store your past pet's ashes) OR
- Add voice recorder (A sewn-in pouch to insert a voice recorder, record up to 10 seconds).
Delivery - Around 10 weeks from the day order confirmed.

How It Works:

1. Once you place order with us, we will send you an email with form to fill out your pet's information as below

Choose your type of pet (dog, cat, bird etc.)
Enter your pet's name and breed (if applicable)
Choose your customizations ( size, posture, fur type, eye color, and more)
Add any additional descriptions
Attach your pet's photos (as detailed as you can)

2. After confirming with your pet's information, we will start processing your order and you will anticipate to get your gift in about 10 weeks

3. Product Preview (optional) - You will have the rights to see the photos of the final product before it's shipped, so you can have the opportunities to provide any feedbacks. If you think the product is not what you like, we can offer you a full refund of the product per se.
